• Provide efficient customer service by promptly and courteously responding to all inbound inquiries through calls or in person.
• Process insurance policy transactions in a timely manner and follow up as needed.
• Manage and utilize time effectively to ensure all department needs and your duties are met daily.
• Utilize technology systems, effectively and efficiently, including desk top, call center specific phone system, desktop applications and the internet.
•  Understand basic billing concepts and be able to make payments or adjustments to payment plans as needed.
• Perform any additional office duties as assigned.
