Union Colony Insurance – Who Are We?

Over the past several months, I have had the privilege to have worked for this amazing small insurance agency. Lori and I have been talking about what our “BRAND” is for Union Colony Insurance. Essentially, who are we? As we grow, it is no longer just Lori and Mark. But there are several agents that work here, as well as myself, the marketing guy. As I have worked here, I have gotten to learn, observe, and know who we are. What I have observed has led me to believe this small business is quite extraordinary.

I have narrowed the culture of our brand down to four main things. We are Lovable Insurance Agents, A Friend of the Community, Champions of Small Businesses, and Protectors of Your Dollar. Our aim and goal moving forward is to live up to these expectations. We have been excited to come together and brainstorm who we are. But we are more excited to take this identity of who we are to the community and continue working hard for you in these ways.
