AgencyRecipe of the Month: Southwest Chicken Rice Bowls
Debbie brought in this recipe to share with all of us. She says, “If you use this recipe, I have also shredded the chicken and put it back in with the rice when it’s done or you could do it as a left over. Then I make burritos out of the mixture. They are really good. Sometimes I’ll add chilies or sweet peppers to it also. It has a variety of uses.”
